This policy explains what personal data RHRENOVA processes through this website, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights a data subject can exercise, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

What data is processed, and why

This website does not currently have a contact form and does not set analytics or advertising cookies (see the cookie policy). The only processing that can occur today is what results from a visitor choosing to call or message the phone/WhatsApp numbers published on the site, on their own initiative.

When someone voluntarily provides their contact details to ask for information or a quote, that data is used only to respond to that request and, where relevant, to manage the resulting business relationship.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing data voluntarily provided by a data subject is their consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when they initiate contact or provide their details.

Data retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for the duration of the business relationship. Once that ends, it is retained in blocked form for the legal limitation periods that apply — up to 6 years (article 30 of Spain's Commercial Code) for accounting records, and 4 years for tax purposes (article 66 of Spain's General Tax Law).

Recipients and international transfers

No data is shared with third parties and no international transfers take place. If an analytics tool or other service hosted outside the European Economic Area is ever introduced, this policy will be updated before it goes live to disclose that transfer, in line with Chapter V of the GDPR (articles 44 to 50).

Data Protection Officer

No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as none of the circumstances set out in article 37 of the GDPR or article 34 of the LOPDGDD apply. For any question about data protection, contact contacto@rhrenova.com.

Data subject rights

Under articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, any data subject can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by contacting RHRENOVA at contacto@rhrenova.com or at the address shown above.

They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing of their data does not comply with applicable law.
